Official Statement: 517 active cases in Uzbekistan
Head of the State Inspection of Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance under the Cabinet of Ministers, Chief State Sanitary Inspector of the Republic of Uzbekistan Nurmat Otabekov:
– 2741 cases of coronavirus have been registered in the country. 2213 people have fully recovered. 8 patients’ condition out of 517 being treated in clinics is serious.
Quarantine measures continue. More than 48 thousand citizens are quarantined. 13 thousand laboratory tests were conducted yesterday, and in total – more than 487 thousand.
